Have you ever wondered exactly how God views your child(ren)? It's still something for me to be amazed at, still pondering. An instrument of change, purging, burning of flesh...A new reason to be amazed at how intricately God designs things...and how much laughter one antic can elicit?
But beyond the first few years, can you imagine the plans he has for that one child? To change the world he lives in? To affect eternity? To amaze the God who created him with his faith and love? So much potential, so much life.
So much responsibility. Mine.
A human being, weak and frail--yet empowered by the God most high.

Trading Up in God's World
28Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. 30But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first. - Matthew 19:28-30
